Fall rain

The first thing I did today when I woke up was to quickly dress up, take my camera with me and go out to see and feel the rain. It was cold and fresh, it smelled good. Water dropping from the roof, shining on the leaves when sunlight reached them. The drumming sound of the heavy drops when they fell down was calming.

 

  

The rain felt nice but it was more than lovely to go inside after it and wear a dry, warm, soft sweater. At least me and my camera got a refreshing shower, but I think my camera didn't like it as much as I did...
